Default SHELL HELIX 10/40 (help required)

I recentley purchased a car that has lived its life on shell helix 10/40 FULLY SYNTHETIC. However in their wisdom shell appear to have discontinued this product (unless you guys know different of course) my choices now appear to be 0/40 or 10/60 which should be my preferred option??? I would prefer to stay on shell as that is what the engine has been on since its rebuild and rightly or wrongly I believe that its best kept on the same product.
Informed opinions please....
