Standard rims are staying, so gonna go with the 2WD discs and 4x4 calipers
1/ Now, suspension.... I have Spax top adjustable shocks (std springs) on the rear, but seems I only have std shocks and springs on the front

2/ Now I like the ride height - not much gap in the arches and with my drive any lower would be a bit of a pain... BUT! I need stiffer - too much bounce and not as tight handling wise as I want..... So, might be easiest to get a pair of matching front top adjsutables (am I right in thinking that the "adjsutable" bit is damping stiffness - ie: 1/10 = soft and 10/10 = very hard/stiff?) and stay with std springs - or can you get higher poundage springs but std height?
3/ Next tyres...... Whats a good grippy tyre? Had Uniroyal Rainsports on the 3i and liked em cos they were good in the wet - but whats everyone else use???
4/ Bushes.... To try and tighten it up more (plus I think mine are fubar
) - wasn't happy with the fit of my Deflex ones on the 3i, but is it worth paying the extra for the Power/Superflex items?
Help/opinions please

Tiff - think I had a pair on my last S1, but they were pretty worn
How long do these last? I know the softer the compounf the better the grip, but can't afford to keep splashing out on tyres
Bought a total of 10tyres in 3 yrs with the 3i
(4 14" ones for std alloys, 4 16" ones for Mondy alloys, then another two as the fronts wore out
) plus the 4 that came with the 17's
Jase - I will do if I need to but think I have sourced a pair now anyway
