Some advice on my mondeo
Hello,
My Mondeo Zetec-S TDCI has started making a high pitched squeel when i put my foot on the clutch, its fine when i'm driving along untill i change gear. The car itself doesnt feel as if anythings wrong. The only thing i can think of is that I took it to the car wash this morning and it had an undercar wash etc...
could this be the cause the sound? any advise would be appreciated

It may have a possible effect on it but if it doesn't go away in a few days, you may have to prepare yourself for the gearbox coming out.
It is probably water in the bell housing which may have had an effect on the release bearing. Difficult to say really without seeing the car.
