Default Summer tyres?

Ok, i need tyres, will using summer tyres in winter screw up handling/wet weather driving badly? - I can only get summer tyres in my size online you see..

Also i currently have 135/80/12" [ ] but would 145/70/12" still be ok to fit on? - the 135's are fooking hard to get hold of..

i dunno, lol! - I can't say i've really ever heard of special winter/summer tyres but they list both on the mystyres website yet only list summer tyres for my size! - is there any real difference in the two?
