im running it in below 3000 rpm up to 200 miles, when i drive up a hill i give it throttle without boost to put pressure on pistons to bed the rings into the bores, will carry on doing this and increase revs up to 700+ miles i will then buy full sytnthetic oil and start giving it some gradual beans......does this sound ok??

Give it some time on over run aswell to bed the rings in the other way (letting the car drive the engine).
