Default Importing From Australia.

Anyone done it ? Is the risk of import / customs tax the same as from the USA ?

What you trying to import? If it's small then import as a "present" and no tax, if it's a car there are lots of things to look at.........

Oh and if it is a car, try New Zealand as it's a VERY good exchange rate just now , apart from if like me you are earning NZD

Its only a pump bracket - about £20. Just didnt want to get shafted and it end up costing about £40

imported a tech edge wb lambda kit, but into germany. paid import duty on it, but expected to.
