modifying oil return to the sump kits- turbo leaking FIESTA

Default modifying oil return to the sump kits- turbo leaking FIESTA

who sells these kits or who can make them, cant do any calling today as its a sunday.

would this stop this oil leak as i have tried everything i can think of- the fiestas drain as standard takes it to the block.

Do you have fitted the later oil return which connects to the block in the form of a screw thread?

Sean_RS made this modification to his oil return and now doesn't leak.

I think he has a spare one too, i've not seen any relocated to the sump itself.

its not my return leaking, its leaking from the turbo unit.

its the return that goes into the block via a push fit connector, just a brand new factory ford part.

have you got this guys details?

its leaking from the compessor housing, the return has a new gasket, the picture was taken from underneath the car so this is the underside of the turbo.

that is exactly where mine is leaking from. leaking from the compressor housing and the oil is all over the oil return hose so the gasket must have gone aswell. but mine is leaking proper, i mean topping it up nearly everytime i have to drive it but its my only car so have no choice.
after reading that think i'll have to check the geeza that built the car didnt use the t2 oil return, i have a t3 fitted.

good luck with it though mate, let us know if it cures it
