This is on 2nite at 8:00 on itv1. Should be interesting to see if they can or will portray the fact that not all drivers with alloy wheels and bodykits should be classified as "Boy Racers".

I certainly dont consider myself as one as i dont drive around at twice the speed limit at every opportunity or wheelspin off lights whenever possible.

I have a fairly quick car and i like how it looks and i will be interested to see how they class "Boy Racers" on a fairly high profile show.

Just thought id see if anyone will be watching this and their expectations and afterwards their opinions

Part of this episode was filmed at a local weekly meet up near me in Stockport, If the local numpties were filmed then IMO it would class anybody driving a slightly modified car as a boy racer, and not show that some of these people are actually decent civilians (who dont know where the pub is on a cold night )

there was a writeup in local paper yesterday about another young couple killed in a car, both under 20 and one of the local plod put it

It will have shit wedding cake Corsas and whatnot at a crooz which will make them look like the cunts they are.

And IF it has street racing etc on it you just know its gonna be full of gold chained chavs in RS Turbos and shonky Saffs dont you, as they always have.

Itd be a shame if it makes everyone with a modded car look a complete nobhead, but the people in the films are almost always utter nobheads, so if it cunts them off thats not a bad thing really.

If thats how they classify "Boy Racers" then that isnt me!
Some of those people are insane, My car certainly isnt the prettiest of things but i like it enough that i wouldnt want to go that fast and risk damaging it, me or anyone else.
Some people may get there kicks out of going fast and as long as they can handle it then it wont matter as they wont crash.
But im of the persuasion id rather be safe than sorry.
We have those sorts of gatherings around here with 100's of people in car parks and the police just bust it everytime and it has been known to have your car impounded.
Worryingly there were alot of saph cossies on their and 1 escort cossie! Now i certainly wouldnt drive around like a dick if i had one of them.
Anyway mini-rant over!
