You know whats worse?
There are THREE similar modded Vectras in Bath (a town with almost NO modded cars wierdly enough) including this one, and thats prob the BEST one 
Theres a dark coloured one with massive Mk1 Esocrt style bubble arches i see every day
The other one is similar light colour to the one for sale, and just as shite
