are proffesional sporting types allowed to compete?


i was always under the imprssion that this was not allowed.


if so where do the different countries get their football teams from?


are they sunday league players

 

the only sport at the olympics which is purly ameteur is the boxing

strangely............

 

thats what got me thinking this in the first place

 

look at americas basketball team if you think its not pros, lol

 

i know they aint doing very well, wouldnt know if any of them were pros or not thou

 

americas olympic basketball team are the highest paid pro sportmen in the world by far, and they still got beat the other day
