What size brakes behind 7x16" Comp MO's?

What size brakes behind 7x16" Comp MO's?
As title really! 
I heard that Comp MO's (5 spoke style) were good for big brakes and wondered what size would fit??
Its for an RST so dont want to go 17's and mess the handling up too much, so 16's is the compromise. But want to know what size disc's and calipers will fit??
330mm's fit?????
