What on an MFi RST? Why??!!
If it is still on MFi and you're interested in performance, use a standard (drilled) airbox and a K&N element.
If it's on EFi, then yes, I have a GpA filter on mine and it is great. Only because you can tuck it right down low out of the way of the heat.

Yes, RST's have a very cramped engine bay when on MFi, and there really isn't anywhere you can put an open induction kit that isn't prone to taking in hot-air, which is bad for performance.
The mags have tested filter options in the past and the drilled airbox and K&N element always come out best.
