how many rouse sport 302-r's were made? and how many are left on the road?

I thought that is it was 6 but I was chatting to one of the bufty's at National day who had a concourse 302-r and he reckoned that only 5 were made

and that they were numbered 1 -5 but mine is number 9

slightly confused

also my car was made in 1989 but the rouse plate says 1992

 

There were six made. About 74 rouse sport modles were made and they were numberd in the order of conversion. so yours was the 9th rouse sport to be converted out of the total made. there is some info on the net about this.
type in rouse sport and see what you come up with.

Max i was looking at you sig the other day and thought it was a bit odd KR on the chassis build 6/89 what would be right for a 2wd cosworth.must have took a few years before Mr Rouse build or left over old stock from ford.

there are only around 6 2wd i know of 3 all white.

 

If you need any concrete info on your car max let me no.

As when I bought that car I got in from the family that has had it from new and no him well
