Quick question for those of u who are already on tiscali.

Has anyone manage to 'upgrade' from their previous package on to that yet?

They seem to be giving new members the option to sign up to it but i can't seem to upgrade to it

i applied for it. Now i have 4 meg instead of 2 which is good. However sky said i could have there 16 meg max so im going to ask why i havent got the full 8 meg

I know they say it depends on how far away from the inter change you are and phone line quality, etc. etc. but i don't even get the option to upgrade and i've emailed them before about it and they were about as much use as wet loo roll!!!

the tossers have phoned me 3 times in 6 months....

first time i applied, they said yey, no probs....
so after a month i was like, eh whats going on...

then 2 phone calls later offering me the upgraded package,...yep, the one ive already been accepted for, and been upraded on

still not fooking on,....


they literally are a bunch of fucking wankers,....
indian call centres,...no wonder no one knows whats happening...very bad communications approach me thinks

they are gay i've phoned loads of times about it they want me to cancel my current sub which i've had 2 years to get it or wait 4 weeks ??

u would think customers they already have would get first refusal ...
