Whot size is a 4x4 cosworth ARB SORTED CheeRS :)

28mm
you'll need to get the proper 4x4 one as they have different ends and shapes to the 2wd cars
don't get a granada one as they are different too
it all affects the way the fornt end is set up, i put a thicker granny cossie one on mine and although the turn in was great, in the straight ahead position it was tramlining to fuck

the actual arb to body bushes vary between the cossie and the non cossie cars
you can get a 24mm and a 26mm arb as well, but it's the actual clamps that bolt into the chassis rails which can also vary in size
the other thing to remember is that the outer tca bushes are all the same, the inner ones vary from a 10mm to a 12mm depending on which car you have (the xr's vary between the 2 but cossies use the 12mm)
there are also different sizes on the granada on the rears, but thats a whole differnt story
as for measuring them, have you got a set of vernier calipers?
no?
then just get to bits of right angle metal (set squares or the like) and put them around the arb (assuming it's off the car)
mark where the squares overlap each other, take them off, put them on the desk and line them up again, then measure the width where they meet up
