HELP RS 4 spoke trimmers

Hi all
Apologies in advance if I have posted this in the wrong section, but does anyone know of a company or person that is able to re-trim a leather 4 spoke rs steering
wheel

I will second that not cheap but a 100% job,just cant beleive how good he is with a needle,i bet his knitting is even better
