well i'm getting back to normall.. well some form of normallity i suppose
still getting out of breath if i overdo it too much .. had my first beer today .. and will probably be my last for a while yet didn't make me feel that well after ..

so still got loads of tablets to go through .. will have summit to kill the pain later i hope ..

don't think i will be back at work till october at the earliest
