1.6 cvh head from a fezzy xr2i (efi)

and a s2 rst head ??

apart from the obvious inlet differences ??

thinking of going efi over the winter and a local breakers had a cpl in ??

efi and MFI heads are different mate, however if when you run the efi head you run the efi inlet manifold and a genuine ford exhaust manifold gasket you will be fine.

Will bolt up just the same, however just as you have allready mentioned the port shapes are different.

was more worried bout valve's bud ??

same size /spec ??

i know it will all bolt up the same

anyone ?

yeah same size valves mate, dunno if theyre the same though, arnt turbo exhuast valves sodium filled or made of a different material or am i just talking out my arse?!

thats what i was thinking . is it just the exaust valves though ??

got a knackerd rst head in the shed i could swap them out with thats all

efi and mfi are different

only ports are diferent though it wil bolt on just the same

the valves between a frst,s2,xr etc are teh same, its only the s1 that had sodium filled valves so i was told

but the black top cfi engines 1.4cvh are different on teh combustion chanbers on teh heads and different valves but ive heard these are the best heads to use when going efi but need to have a lot of machining doen for it to work

Now then beef you no all you have to do is ask mate. s1 had sodium filled exhaust valves did'nt have them in s2. dont need to change ya head and inlet manifold to go cozzie management mate ive already sorted that probelm...
