my niece just got a new laptop set it all up and now has forgotten her password is there anyway around this someone told my sister u can get a disc to recover passwords but im clueless plz plz help

Recover what password though?

If its just for a forum like this one then you can click on "forgot password" and type your username in and it will send the details to the email address of the member

is the windows log in password i asume she has a os disk is new as far as i know

if you are referring to her windows password there is ways round it but as said its usually just easier to use the restore cd and that coming from an IT manny
