it is a curious subject... one i don't really understand , a lot of people go to a lot of effort and expense to get a good search result, but try this...
put "zetec turbo" into google...
check out what's top of the page

There is NOTHING surprising about that at all mate!
You have the words both in the domain name!
Look at the results and it bolds where its found the words.
Any that are in the domain name feature very highly.
Thats why migweb features so highly for just about everything, cause they have the PHP SEO mod done to their forum that passionford doesnt.
Look at this URL from migweb as an example:
http://uk.search.yahoo.com/search?p=...wrt&meta=vc%3D
The reason the first item on the list is from migweb is because of the cunning way it names forum pages!
So on doug's site he should have a URL like:
http://www.suffolkflockingservices.c...-pictures.html
instead of www.suffolkflockingservices.com/gallery
Cause who is going to type in "dash flocked pictures" and who searching for pictures of flocked dashes will type "gallery" instead?
Its all pretty obvious stuff for the basics like that, which is one of the places doug scores VERY badly at the moment.

Chip - just as an aside, I shoulda come and said hello at Cheddar karting the other night, but it all seemed to fly by with a bit of hectic driver changeover all evening! LOL

I repeated that search on your site today mate now you have made the changes that I suggested, your site is now first for that search for your company.
Also, (and more importantly) here are some other results from yahoo.co.uk for broader search terms:
flocked dash = 4th
flocked dashboard = 1st
dashboard flocking services = 1st
dash flocking = 5th
flocking services = 10th
So thats a first page result on every single search string we discussed optimising for
And as promised now when you get a hit on things like your gallery, people actually get to see the whole site with your links, not just the gallery and no way of getting to how to contact you like on the old site!
Not a bad improvement that then mate
