anyone know a company that can do this?

basically have a BMW E30 3.91 rear diff and need to change it for a ~3.15 or something around that.
Can either wait for an m3 diff to come up second hand (which i dont have time to wait for!!) or get one made?

I think a custom gear set will be Ł1000 plus.

but i need an e30 diff anyway, e36 doesnt fit unfortunately, and e30 m3 diffs are rare as fuck!

have been quoted Ł900 for a custom diff but bit too much i think atm!
