put them in someone elses names (preferably someone who is only a few weeks old, thats the calssic one ) and then start parking them where she lives
don't matter if they are taxed or not and a Ł20 ebay snotter can be had once a week without any hassle

just get a different person to park it up every day and take loads of pictures of the cars

then she's turned into a deal and loads of different people (all with cars registered to the same person who's only a few weeks old) start turning up at her door at funny times in the night

and not a damaged horse of child in sight

All I can say is I hope you are 100% sure it was this womans fault and not just kids denting the car, or somebody walking past denting it..

I'd probably just report her for having men staying over 5/6 nights a week..why bother hatching little schemes where her kids probably have to come into contact with human faeces or whatever....as I'd guess that'd make her just a tad more volatile.

the things i've done to my neighbours doens't bare thinking about

next door i've taken to court after he took me to court for biuldng a garage on my own property when his is 18 inches into the shared drive, he soon stfu with his moaning when they said he'd not only have to demolish his garage but also an adjoining wall (this was about 15 years ago and niether him or his family have ever spoken to me again, this may have something to do with me taking the piss out of him for totally forking out for his then son in laws motors to get fixed, only for his then son in law to kick his daughter out of his house once he'd got his cars fixed even now he won't even knock on the door when he wants a car moved, instead he just starts it up and after about 5 minutes starts to beep his horn, at which point his mrs phones the house to ask someone to move the car )

the one across the road i've had the insurance comapny chase them for about a year after SHE backed into my car while we were both reversing out and wanted me to pay for the damage to her car while it had been parked in the road (reversing ito the rear of another car means damage to both rears, not both wing mirrors and the front bumper, even though she is a woman )

and the other house neighbours cut a big fuck off hole in my metal security gate so that THEIR builders didn't have to walk thorugh THEIR house to open THEIR gates when they were building THEIR extension

so they are next on the hit list

but the rest of the road i get on with fabulously

although i do think you have a point about getting the car sorted and THEN if the op wants to start some shit he can do so
