Default BodyKitsUK

I have ordered a Front Bumper from Bodykits.uk.com over a couple months ago, After which I paid I was unable to contact the Company. Either by phone or email. After finding an email address in which I can get contact with (webmaster of company). He was able to help me to an extent. After promising on more than one occasion that the product would be delivered guarenteed by a certain date. (about 3 dates he gave me). None of which showed no product on my door step. They have got my money transaction. He did say he would refund the £15 extra delivery charge as the product did not appear here.

There phone lines have been down ever since, Email just isnt answer at all.

Company is now dissolved (but apparently being taken over) hense still trading.

He has now failed to even reply on MSN, and i know he is online etc, with mulitple logins and logouts.

Can't you contact your credit card company and open a dispute for a transaction you do not recoginse??? Obviously when they try to contact this company, there will be no response, therefore your money will be returned????

Poo!!!! I think it'd still be worth speaking to your bank. I would have thought they would offer similar protection as credit card companys??

It's gotta be worth a try
