Default Ulster Rally Pics....

1st of all BIG BIG thank you to Tony (NUTS RuS) for the whole weekend & inviting me to service the Mitsi

Early start for the Seacat.....

Car in question we were servicing EVO 5

Service Area.....

The EVO ready for action

We only got chance to see a few stages in between being chase car. Not ideal weather for a tarmac event

3rd in class and not one single problem.

Then 2nd to last stage, we was waiting at the finish. I noticed there was a gap and no Mitisi had come to the finish. Then Tony got the dreaded phone call.......

2 miles from the finish, the EVO had a slight off

Rolled 3 times off the bank & ended up the post in the field

Both driver and Co-Driver are ok & luckily its only panal damage

& one last pic to cheer us all up.......

Once again BIG thanks to Tony for the last 4 days

Roll on the next Rally

Bit of bad luck for the boys Paul....

Rallying in Ireland is brilliant...

I see Mr Stone had a none finish in his new Hyundai.....

Not good for all the local crews.....

Sticky the youngest and fittest male of the group....

Also the first to collapse in a heap on the way home.. WIMP

How we'd have found it, if I had a better map reader

Thank goodness the locals were very kind and friendly

Top weekend despite the result, but shit happens sometimes when your on a push.

Thanks for coming and slowing the chase car down a bit Paul

Glad you enjoyed the weekend

Which one he had 3 last time I counted kas

He put the Accent off again this weekend

1st time this car has had anything other than a new wing Carl, so it dosn't happen that often.

Is the Diva as good with a lump hammer as he is with everything else

The boot lid and spoiler survived intact so we have something to use as a point of reference. Getting panels for the 5 at decent prices is almost impossible

Yes,Diva is suitably efficient with a lump hammer.....

I am currently trawling some contacts to try and help with your panel crisis as well....

All help appreciated Rob

Wheel hanging off was a simple job Dan, bent bottom ball joint and new strut as it just ripped itself out of that one when it landed on it

Quick repair with a ratchet strap and it drove onto, and off the trailer in 3 wheel drive

Looks great - i saw the 94 Rally when i was over there years ago - and before in the 80's my aunties house was on a road with the stages on it

Must get over again sometime soon

Circuit of Ireland and Donegal rallys are excellent to watch too
