Right how do i get them to connect to each other automatically? It says in the tom tom book i need to make it a trust source, but i cant find anywhere in the phones menu to do that.

turn your phone blue tooth on then in your tomtom ;

1. get the menu up and press the mobile phone
2. then press connect to your phone
it will search for your phone and ask you to pair them both together
default code 0000 and thats it mate

Nah mate i have done that. entered the 0000 code in but every time i restart tom tom i have to enter the code in agian

I never got TomTom to open up on my 6280, how have you done it?

I put everything on my memory card, put it int he hone but I couldn't find it anywhere?

Smidsy, i havent got it on the phone. i have a Tom Tom 510 unit, just using my phone to pair it to activate handsfree calling.

so do i mate but, thats only when the phone has gone out of blue tooth range and when i switch the tomtom off aswell
