Default HPI Valuations

These worth shit when you go to sell your car?

Mine is valued at 3100 quid with 90000 miles on in average condition. That was last year. Its now got 97k and I'd like to point out its in GOOD condition..

So could I realistically put me FRST up for 3100 and use the HPI valuation as back up of what its worth or would people just say it means jack shit?

chars me dars.

what you (or HPI) value your car at always means jack shit when you sell... it's what the buyer values it at that matters

So I should sell it at 'you decide what to pay' then?

well, if you wish to see it in those terms yeah...
In the real world the buyer decides how much he's willing to pay ultimately, if you don't consider that to be the value to you, then you don't sell.
