.. need to find someones number as ive lost touch.
are there any websites that list them ? contract phones obviously.
have addres etc.

nope no such sites i'm affraid the closest you can get is a site that will tell you what network a phone numbers on.
dont forget most mobile numbers are unregestered anyway
