Ok all, just HAD to share this with you all, cos im buzzin about it. I have made a few post here in other parts of this site relating to my K reg XR3i 1.8 (130) 16v zetec cabriolet which i purchased for £100.

I have had a few probs with it since i bought it but thanks to the help of people on this site and other sites i have sorted the main problems i have had with it.

Anyway.......

I havent even gone over the vehicle to check for visible signs of MOT failure. I have just taken it in to my work yard where there is an MOT bay and asked the guys to give it a pre MOT check which has cost me a couple of quid and i found out today that the mechanic who checked it over has a list for me........

oh shit i thought i bet there is loads of work needs doing, but on further enquiries i foud that the list is only ADVISORY stuff. and also heard from a work collegue that ALL the mechanics were under the hood of my car and they couldnt believe (quote)"how sweet the engine is for a 13 year old car"(unquote)

I was told the car had only done 37K miles but was a little dubious but i have been assured that it certainly looks to be the genuine milage,

this is the old girl a month ago.














this is her now. not much difference but at least now she has an MOT and is almost on the road.





not many up to date pics but shes got some cossie vents to go on and the cossie grill. also some tinted rear light.

im looking for some half decent 182 alloys for her but im rapidly running out of cash lol

so if n e 1 knows of any going cheap let me know
