Default BD10 timing specs????

Ay up people Ive got my self a pair of Kent BD10 cams for my 3dr cossie, unfortunatly I dont have any specs for dialing them in on my vernia's as I bought them 2nd hand (as new condition tho)

So if any1 can help it would be appreciated

Cheers for the replies people...but now i have confusion to add lol Just had some one else tell me 115 inlet and 110 exhaust?? What do you set urs to then Gareth T??

What difference does the extra 5 degree's on the inlet make ?
