hey,after me and my girlfriend split ive got back into it and never looked back!got a fit flow series,best complete bike going i say!well loving it apart from ive gota crack on my shin bone and scabs again

I was bmx racing 24yrs ago no i feel old! I've had many bmx's, now got a S&M frame, hoffman head/fork combo and profile 3 piece crank its mainly for mini ramp these days.

is quiet funny this as me and a few mates ride every week a coupe of times a weeka and a couple of them are over 30 and they still manage to cut it with u youngsters at downhill and dual can't keep up with me when it comes to trials though lol

I'd go for the Haro. Much better build quality than a 'goose.

Both look to be almost exact same spec...

but i guess it depends on what side you grind on dictates which bike you should go for, as the haro has left side drive!

manualling is one thing i have never been able to get my head around properly i will learn it eventually been getting better just of late just need to spend as much time as possible on it lol
