well spent 4 hours in A & E yesterday!!!
was at work doing some soldering yesterday. soldering a new connector on to a PCB, had to remove the old one first
wen i heated it up it flicked up and fired all the malten solder off it straight into my eye!!!!
f*c* me did that hurt, so spent all afternoon in A&E, luckily i haven't done any permenant damage, just burnt my eye ball abit, said it should fix up in a few days

Sounds nasty and I definately wouldnt be straining the other one looking at a computer screen. Not much you can to not strain it but rest and go outside.
Had something similar 10 years ago and wasnt so lucky.
