any BT engineers

hi all, my phoned stopped workin but my broadband works ok? checked the wiring and put a new master socket on and still not workin, is my broadband on a differant line

Your phone line is on the same 2 wires that carries your broadband signal.
Most likely your phone or its own wiring or socket are faulty.

thanks mate, after 2 days of fookin around iv just pluged another phone in and its now workin
