went to see my nephew last night and he was telling me that he'd bought a v dub caddy van bout a month ago from a trader in leeds, he's just found out (he should have checked before i know) that it was a cat c write off bout 3 years ago, this wasn"t declared when he bought the van, anyone any idea of where to go from here, ive told him to contact the dealer and ask for a refund and if he gets no joy then go to trading standards, thanks in advance for any help or advice

 

as a trader he has to by law tell a costomer of any hpi / damage reports ect so go see him tell him refund please or trading standards

also how did he word the reciept

 

not sure about the reciept, just found out as well that he thinks the timing belt might have jumped, it wont start and it sounds well dodgy turning over, sounds like he's bought a pup!
