Righto, here goes. I would like to become a Gold Member and have no problem forking out the 20 quid for the privilige. However I have seen at least one post where someone has had there Gold Memeber status removed for supposedly becoming a trader or suchlike. I have a fair amount of spares plus at least two cars to get rid of in the next few months and am worried that my status will be removed leaving me 20 quid out of pocket and a mountain of spares still left.

How is it decided whether someone is selling stuff they already own or has been buying stuff to sell on for profit ie a "bedroom trader". Anyone who has seen my place will know I'm a hoarder, however I could do with clearing some space.

I kind of simplify it to myself as :

Make 1 post with all your items.

BTTT that one as much as needed.

Start a new one once all items are sold or the topic dead.

Keep these to about 4/5 per year and my guess is you should be fine.
