Hi all.
Knowing that I have a "finger size" rusty hole right above one of my mean rearbeam powerflex rubbers (the big round ones
), I'm trying to find out what is the best way to fix this.
Will I need to renew a part of the chassis-metal?
Does anyone have any experience on this and maybe some pics?
Thanks

Get the complete rear beam off is the only proper way to do it.
Not as big a job as it sounds either.
Chassis repair sections are not available to buy ready made,so get something fabricated or find a scrap car with a decent chassis and cut out what you need and get it welded in.
While the beam is off get it shot blasted and powdercoated too.................
