Default Helicoil kits

Right need to get a kit sorted ASAP & the easiest / quickest way would be to order off Fleabay.......

So far i've found this kit, would this be much kop?

I need it to repair the cam cap studs which have decided they don't like being torque'd to the head!

The cam bearing cap studs are prone to pulling out....

most bearing distributors do the kits and RS do one cheaper but as good as the one on e-bay
