Legal People..........
Just looking for a bit of advice really, Bought an Audi A2 from my local ford dealers for the girlfriend about a month ago. Since then the engine warning light thing has been on 3 times and back to said dealers. She has only drove it for roughly ten days, I know its under warranty and that its just getting a right pain the arse taking it back.
Where do I stand with it? I dont want it to be a problem car for her as I work away. Am I within my rights to tell them to keep the damn thing?
Any advice would be great,
Cheers

Goods have to be fit for purpose and the time to reject isn't fixed by law - it just has to be reasonable.
You have to give the vendor fair opportunity to resolve the problem, and three attempts souds fair to me. If they try and fail a fourth time you have a good reason to reject and your local CAB or Trading Standards should back you up.
Next time you book it in, you should probably give them a letter saying that if the repair doesn't work this time you will reject the car and require a refund.
