I bid and won a sony 10 cd changer 2 weeks ago but have not received the item.i have e_mailed the seller quite a few times to ask what was going on and the only reply I got (last weekend)was that he was out of the country on an unscheduled trip (he made out he would be back this week).I just e-mailed to say that if I dont receive it today then i am going to report him to e-bay and pay pal.Strange thing is that he has left me positive feedback saying thanks for your patience.What the hell do you do?Should I wait or do you think he is trying to pull a fast one?

 

mmmmmm....give him a couple of days.....then grass on him!!!!!

 

don't wait m8 start a pay-pal complaint,
that way your on your way to getting your money back
if he then sorts it and you recieve it you can cancel the paypal dispute

 

Cheers Chris.I will mate.Nelly,its been 2 weeks now.Its difficult because if he is genuine I dont want to drop him in it.I dont mind waiting 6 months if I eventually get it but I dont like being ripped off either.Right i am off to pay pal.

 

definalely get onto pay-pal and report him. He should'nt advertise if he knows he is gonna be out of the country. I bought a PSP last Xmas from a fake site, waited and waited, kept sending e-mails and getting replies to be patient. I was shitting it cos Xmas was coming and my little boy was desperate for one. When I reported them to pay pal they had hundreds of complaints and was a fake site. I got my cash back no problem.
