as of last thrusday i'm a depot supervisor
boss of 20 odd staff and got to do the dispatch in the mornings (what i'm doing now ) and look after the vans

great job and the money is nice too

i work off shore in the north sea as a wireline technition,but ive only worked about 3 month in the last year, on full pay co theres not allot of work for us, so im not moving anywhere

you do need 6/6 vision (or whatever tehy call it) but i think glasses are allowed now (i've seen at least one bloke who is applying who has glasses), at least in my brigade anyway.

thats exactly what im waiting for, im supposed to work a two on two off but if knowone phones me on my two weeks on, i get two weeks where im on holiday, its great but i dont learn anything tho & ive only bin doing it for a year

chances are you wont be able to get eye surgery

i only wear my glasses for driving also and when i went for laser eye appointment i was told my eyes were too good for surgery fair chance yours will be also if you only need for driving
