You can buy an RC car perfectly capable of drifting on ebay. I race RC cars and the car I have just now I picked up for less than £100.

Some ABS pipe on the rear tyres and you're ready to drift.

If you wanna buy something prettier do a google on Yokomo drift packages. I think a ready to run package is around £180
