Default Well - She will soon be ready for RR and track

Had a good day today......

Fitted the new Compomotives MO's and sorted out misfire!

Regapped the plugs as suggested (but down to 23thou) and she gets up to 34psi without any issues now!!! Think I am going to get an ignition amplifier though now, so I can open the plugs up to 24thou and run it up to 36psi.

17" Compomotives went on fine, with just an occasional rub on the front - will get a dremel to sort that out!

Just got to fit my big brake kit with these bad boys over the next couple of weeks and she'll be ready to do some mileage (of whats left of this years better weather).

Already spent over £3k on it in the past 3 months and havent even done 300 miles since last October!!!

I think I am getting a second wind now though.

Nice one Shaun

Like you said, a tiny little trim to the front arch and all will be sweet Its the back you have to worry about when she comes on boost

lol @ Bill

Tiff,
The back was fine...... unless your suggesting that 34psi of boost wasn't enough when I took it out to find any rubbing issues!

To be honest on my own it is fine at the back end, but i think it rubs VERY slightly when i was 3 up in it (Could of been when Midge was in the back )

I just rubbed the rear arch with a file very slightly and it is fine now

Just put an order in with "A Mate " for my AP Brakes too
