Who can fix a L6 ecu?
#5
Team HOTHOT!
before you decide its broken, have you checked the fuse for the fuel pump, injectors, other sensors relay? its one of the 2 fuses found on the actual engine loom not too far from the ecu plug. If one of these is popped, then you won't have no fuel pump running, or injectors firing

Send it to Harvey who will only send it to Ahmed and get him to fix it then
charge you an additional mark up fee then send it back.
As much as I like Harvey, he is not an electronics engineer.
I would advise....
Check the chip is seated correctly and you dont have a loom or sensor
fault BEFORE sending back an ecu which is probally ok.
(as Graceland has already said)
Try to borrow another ecu from a mate and try with another chip and
substitute changing your chip over of course aswell as another test.
IF you must send it for repair, get a quote in writing first as it may be
cheaper to buy a second hand one if in the unlikely event your ecu is dead.
