Does brake fluid get tested in an MOT and can it fail for old fluid?

To be honest though if I'd got brake fluid in my car that looked like "witches piss" I would prob change it rather than rely on it to help me stop.

I know.....it's not that old but it was advisory on my last service ...however I havent got time to do it before my MOT, which is a pain in the ass. I deffo dont skimp on looking after the car buddy
