this is what im after, a 2.1 set up as i dont have the room for loads of speakers.

At the moment ive just got the in built ones in the flat screen which are loud but lacking in bass so i want to get a couple of decent speakers and a sub, would that sound quite good or will i be disspointed? also can i have my in built speakers on aswell as the new ones?

Creative are about £24, but i saw some advertised in paper today at Aldi too.

I just took the audio output from my monitor and put it to one of the aux inputs on my Hi-Fi. Cost me £3 for the wires

Id say creative? There good but if you want better then i believe BOSE do a pc set! Few quid but go for it!

We have Creative I-Trigue speakers, they are FANTASTIC!! Really nice looking too!!

They look nice, and a remote aswell all for 30 quid

Whats the bass like on the subs with these?

And also do you need a decent sound card for 2.1 setup?

The Bass on these is VERY VERY good. You have a seperate volume for the sub, mine is set it 1/4 and it thumps like a goodun
