Thought, oh wont take long to move twin kenlowes from intercooler and put them on the rad

Started about 3ish, just sat down

Its one of the 1st GRS coolers, and what a nightmare its been lol

Also had to fit bonnet pins, good or bad, I know the bonnet wont lift up on me now.

A very knackered Stu

Carl - moving the IC forward means there is no room for the catch, hence the pins!!! (IIRC of course)

so you've moved some fans that were blowers to now be suckers?

i hope that the blades were the reversible type and that you have changed them around, otherwise they will now be trying to blow the hot air in your engine bay out forwards through your radiator

no mate, instead of them blowing thru the intercooler to engine bay, they bypass the intercooler and blow through the rad instead.

not changed direction of fans or anything.

also fitted a 1.7puma stat while i was at it and flushed the rad.

boost has been considerably lowered since fitting the grs, which is all good and means it cant be ragged until set up.
