At the end of the day someones paying to host it, someones taking time to run it. Why should it be free?

tbh, in my opinion it's pretty silly making the car for sale bit only visible to paying members. If you wanted to buy a renault turbo would you pay just to look on the for sale bit on the off chance of their being a car for you? I wouldnt. however if you could look at it if you hadnt paid and then saw a car you liked you then have the option of joining so you can find out more about the car in question. that's a much better system to me.

Tricky one that.

If someone wants to make their sales public they can just use ebay. Sometimes people want to keep stuff within the scene.

It just depends on what the clubs prorities are.

Because it is a true owners club, ie, every member normally has a turbo Renault, not just started as a forum and then decided to try and make money out of all the people posting on there...

Lots of hidden secrets and wonders inside!
