When swapping over to solid top mounts on the sapphire cossie is it just a case of removing the upper cup and nut and remove the lower cup and nut (in this pic below) and swap the cup for the solid mount, with a nut then bolt the mount to the shell?

Ive only taken a quick look as I dont have any deep spanners to hand to remove the nut, cheers
