Just bought a donor car for my next project and the guy I bought it off gave me the current MOT certificate but he cant remember if he has taxed it, he was well stonned Kinda glad really, just got a 7 series BMW for £150.
Is there anyware online you can enter a reg number and t checks for tax? Ive looked on the DVLA site and nothing.

If you go down the local DVLA office they can tell you straight away..... well after you've queued for about 3/4 of an hour
It'll cost you £7 for a replacement tax disc if there is any left on it.
