i now this had been on a few times but do peeps think the amal valve is best on ? its just im gona change the -34 for a -31 so i get a more progresive turbo, if you have a -31 on you need the amal or the spring will need windin up to much and not last that long, but its not needed for the -34 as the springs well tuff.. its on a s2
