Whats adjustable on one of these as standard as regards geometry?

What about if you fit different top mounts?

Can Camber and Castor then be changed?

no,

fit adjustable TCAs, then you can do camber, i think castor needs concentric topmounts but im not 100%

Actually its a yes, ecccentric top mounts allow for both castor and camber adjustment; some allow for individual adjustment between camber and castor.

Although IMO adjustable TCA’s are better and easier for camber adjustment.

Concetric top mounts allow for no adjustment.
